I have just re-written the maps.robertomurray.co.uk site and the first version is running. The new site uses Googlemaps API v3 and Ordnance Survey’s Openspace for the backdrop mapping and you can switch between the two easily. Quite a good website showing panorama views from places such as tops of mountains here called Hey, what’s that? Also shows contours and visibility. I’m looking at how steep Kilimanjaro is and pleased I made it recently!

When you now plan a route using Google Transit you will be offered/shown London Underground (and indeed many other cities’ subways) routes.
